I was just about to graduate from college when my mom asked me if I want to go suit shopping and if I’d applied for any jobs that might provide health benefits. I looked at her square in the eye, “Mom, I think I want to go live in India for a year”.

Communities gather at Casa de la Musica to salsa. Families gather on front porch steps to dance in the street and chat the night away. Friends line the Malacon every night, passing around a bottle of Havana Club, and completely forgetting about time

If anyone is Christmas shopping for me, I'm a size "window seat" in plane tickets. 🤷‍♀️✈️
