EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW
In addition to seeing some of the famed Golden Circle sites, this journey will also take you in the other direction- the west fjords. Leaving the throngs of tourists behind we’ll venture to this awe-inspiring region on a week long adventure. We are teaming up with Crisscross, a hyper-local, women-owned tour operator that specializes in off-the-beaten path adventures and farm tours. We have carefully crafted an itinerary that will give an unparalleled experience to this wondrous country.
Along with seeing some jaw-dropping landscapes, we will connect will local goat and sheep farmers that will educate us on Icelandic farming and the products they produce. There is also ample time to stretch our legs and connect with nature through bike rides, horse-back riding, hiking, and kayaking. Other immersive activities include plant-dyeing workshop, cooking class, visit to the shark museum and of course luxurious soaks in many spas!
